Job Summary
Engage with customers by understanding their needs, assisting in locating, demonstrating, and selecting merchandise. Ensure the execution of merchandising resets according to Lowe’s specifications, working closely with the Merchandising Service team and Management. Responsibilities include moving and replacing stock, maintaining displays, handling damaged merchandise, updating pricing labels, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in sales or product merchandising is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
Additional Requirements
- Must adhere to all safety requirements relevant to regular job duties
- Must conduct daily safety reviews and maintain a safe and secure work environment
