Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate role at Lowe's focusing on customer service, merchandising resets, and in-store support. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies, building relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet specifications, coordinating with Merchandising Service teams and managers on priorities, and analyzing project execution. Daily duties involve engaging customers to understand needs, assisting with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise, answering questions, and promoting product features and warranty information. Physical tasks include moving and displaying products, replacing damaged items, ensuring pricing labels and signage are visible and accurate, updating wayfinding, and maintaining stock organization. Additional duties cover safety, housekeeping, operating power equipment as needed (lifts, order pickers), and supporting store leadership with curbside-like merchandising efforts, price changes, and compliance with store standards. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; preferred qualifications include prior Lowe’s sales floor experience and experience with planograms/plantograms and operating power equipment. Pay range is $17.00-$19.05 per hour, with benefits available for eligible associates.
