Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service and execute Lowe's customer service policies while performing merchandising resets and stock management per Lowe's specifications. Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities, schedules, and project needs (materials, supplies, time). Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise. Ensure pricing, signage, and planograms are accurate; maintain safety and housekeeping standards; operate power equipment as needed; identify and address damaged products and signage; support cross-merchandising and add-on sales. Maintain completion records for resets and services, and communicate with leadership on safety and store condition issues. This role is weekend-preferred and involves a mix of customer-facing and back-end merchandising activities across store operations.
