Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides SMART customer service, supports merchandising resets, and collaborates with the Merchandising Service team to communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs. The role involves stock management, planogram/plantogram adherence, price labeling, signage maintenance, safety, and operating power equipment (e.g., lifts, order pickers) to complete assigned merchandising and maintenance tasks. The incumbent engages with customers to understand needs and assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, while ensuring accurate pricing and product placement, and helping to drive add-on sales. The position requires interaction with store leadership and corporate leaders, adherence to safety and housekeeping standards, and ability to complete tasks with minimal direct customer interaction at times. Weekend availability is preferred.
