Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service through Lowe's policies, building vendor relationships, and assisting with merchandise resets per Lowe’s specifications. Collaborates with the Merchandising Service team to communicate project priorities, schedules, and needs (materials, supplies, time). Analyzes metrics and provides feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engages with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise. Maintains pricing, signage, and wayfinding, updates planograms, and ensures displays are safe and compliant. Operates store equipment as needed and assists with housekeeping, safety, and security responsibilities. Applies safety requirements and supports overall store readiness and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
- Experience in retail or merchandising tasks (planograms/plantograms) preferred
- Ability to operate power equipment (e.g., lifts, order pickers)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to lift/move merchandise and maintain safety standards
