Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by executing Lowe's service policies and procedures, partnering with vendors to ensure merchandise resets are completed per specifications, and communicating project priorities to team members. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, managing product displays, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and operating store equipment. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in sales and merchandising. Skills in operating power equipment and understanding of planograms are also advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
