Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate role focusing on customer service and in-store merchandising at Lowe's. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, following Lowe’s policies, directing and checking merchandise resets to Lowe’s specifications, collaborating with Merchandising Service team on priorities and project needs, analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution, and engaging with customers when opportunities arise. Role involves stocking, locating and demonstrating merchandise, updating signage and pricing labels, ensuring planograms/plantograms are followed, operating power equipment as needed, identifying damaged products and returning items to RTM, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and assisting store leadership with in-store tasks. Required skills include strong customer service, ability to read and apply planograms, experience with merchandising tasks and power equipment operation, and high school diploma or GED. The position emphasizes in-store customer interactions, safety, and adherence to merchandising standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
