Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe’s customer service policies and programs, including engaging with customers to understand needs, locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise, and communicating product information. Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe’s specifications, collaborate with Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities and project needs, and analyze metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leadership. Participate in activities related to stock management, pricing label updates, planogram/plantogram compliance, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Operate power equipment as required to complete resets and merchandising tasks, identify damaged products, verify buyback items, manage signage and wayfinding updates, and assist with plant displays and seasonally-focused merchandising. Maintain a safe, clean store environment, support loss prevention, and assist leadership in staged clearances and product placement as needed. Willingness to work weekends and engage with customers when opportunities arise; role emphasizes in-store execution, merchandising, and customer-facing support as part of daily responsibilities.
