Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering customer service and executing Lowe's merchandising resets and stock management. The role includes building vendor relationships, communicating priorities with the Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics to improve project execution and in-store service, assisting customers to locate and load merchandise, updating pricing and signage, ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, operating relevant store equipment as needed, and supporting product placement according to planograms. Weekend availability preferred and duties may include safe handling of materials, price updates, and collaboration with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education, if applicable
- Preferred Qualifications: 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience, 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
