Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate duties include delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe's customer service policies, building relations with vendors, and collaborating with Merchandising Service team to communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs. Responsible for merchandise resets, stock management, planogram compliance, price labeling accuracy, and signage maintenance. Engages customers to understand needs and assist in locating/demonstrating/ picking/loading merchandise, while ensuring safety and housekeeping. Operates power equipment as needed, verifies damaged items, supports RTM processes, and assists with pricing, display, and store cleanliness. Demonstrates attention to security and loss-prevention, follows safety protocols, and contributes to overall store presentation and performance metrics. Requires high school diploma or GED and Weekend availability; Lowe's offers participation in store operations and customer service excellence.
