Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for executing customer service policies, building vendor relationships, and overseeing merchandise resets. Key responsibilities include assisting customers, managing stock, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates with prior sales floor and merchandising experience. Associates will operate power equipment and assist with various store maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
