Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe's merchandising priorities, completing merchandise resets per Lowe's specifications, collaborating with Merchandising Service teams and management on project priorities, schedules, and resources, analyzing metrics to provide feedback on project execution and in-store service, stocking and rotating product, ensuring accurate pricing and signage, maintaining safe and organized displays, and upholding housekeeping and safety standards. The role involves extensive interaction with customers when opportunities arise, assisting customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, and coordinating with teams to ensure planogram compliance and product availability. The position requires operating power equipment as needed and supporting store-wide safety and loss-prevention practices, with additional duties as assigned and a focus on weekend availability as preferred for a seasonal engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
