Job Summary
Seasonal Lowe's Merchandising Service Associate delivers customer service and executes merchandise resets per Lowe’s specifications. Collaborates with Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities, schedules, and project needs; analyzes metrics and provides feedback on project execution. Primarily engaged in non-customer-facing activities while still interacting with customers to assist in locating and demonstrating merchandise. Manages stock, pricing labels, signage, planograms/plantograms, and product displays; uses power equipment (lifts, order pickers) as required. Maintains safety, housekeeping, and loss-prevention practices, supports store leadership, and ensures displays are safe and compliant with standards; performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
