Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Provide SMART customer service at Lowe’s by following customer service policies while executing merchandising resets and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities, schedules, and materials. Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders. Engage with customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise. Ensure product pricing, signage, and planogram/plantogram adherence; identify and handle damaged products; verify buyback items; maintain cleanliness and safety through housekeeping standards; operate power equipment as required; and support security and asset protection efforts. Maintain required safety practices, update pricing labels, and contribute to store-level maintenance, signage, and product placement across departments. This role includes weekend shift considerations and responsibilities related to merchandising, stock placement, and customer engagement in a retail environment.
