Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service while implementing Lowe's customer service policies; lead merchandising resets with vendors, coordinate priorities and resources, and analyze project execution. Engage with customers to understand needs, demonstrate and locate merchandise, and communicate product benefits and warranty information. Collaborate with Merchandising Service and store leadership to maintain accurate pricing, signage, and planograms; oversee stock moves, replenishment, and display maintenance; ensure safety and housekeeping standards, and assist in security-related awareness. Operate power equipment as required, identify damaged items, and support reasonable cross-merchandising and promotional activities. Maintain documentation of completion for merchandising tasks including photos when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
