Job Summary
This role involves executing Lowe's customer service policies while engaging with customers to understand their needs and assisting them in various tasks including locating and loading merchandise. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Merchandising Service team, building relationships with vendors, analyzing project metrics, and executing merchandising projects according to Lowe’s specifications. The associate will be responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and compliance while performing merchandising tasks such as updating pricing labels, merchandising products according to planograms, and maintaining cross merchandise. Proficiency in using powered equipment and a strong focus on customer service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
