Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe's merchandising policies, and supporting store-wide resets and in-store projects. Key duties include building relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise keeps to planogram standards and communicates project priorities with Merchandising Service team and Manager; analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution; engaging with customers when opportunities arise; assisting customers with locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise; ensuring product pricing, signage, wayfinding, and planograms are accurate; operating power equipment to stock, move, and display items; identifying damaged or missing signage and coordinating replacements; maintaining safety, housekeeping, and security practices, and supporting cross-merchandising and add-on sales. Required: High school diploma or GED; preferred 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience and 3 months operating power equipment. Weekend availability preferred.
