Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for providing SMART customer service, building vendor relationships, and completing merchandise resets according to Lowe’s specifications. Responsibilities include customer engagement, assisting customers in product selection, maintaining merchandise displays, verifying product pricing and stock accuracy, managing damaged products, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with preferred qualifications including prior sales floor and merchandising experience, as well as experience with power equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
