Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate performs customer-facing and merchandising duties at Lowe’s, delivering customer service per Lowe’s policies, executing merchandise resets, building displays, updating pricing and signage, and ensuring product availability. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Merchandising Service team, communicating project priorities and needs, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, operating power equipment as needed, identifying damaged goods, and supporting store leadership with planogram execution and stock movement. The role emphasizes customer engagement when opportunities arise and requires adherence to safety and housekeeping standards while supporting pricing accuracy and display maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment (preferred)
