Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focused on delivering SMART customer service while executing Lowe's merchandising standards. Responsibilities include building vendor relationships, prioritizing and communicating project needs to Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics to improve in-store service, assisting customers with locating and loading merchandise, maintaining planograms/plantograms, verifying pricing and signage, and ensuring safety and housekeeping in the store. The role involves operating power equipment (lifts, order pickers), identifying damaged products, handling returns and RTM items, updating signage and wayfinding, and supporting loss prevention and zone recovery efforts. This position emphasizes customer engagement at times, cross-functional collaboration with store leadership, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards. Weekend availability is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
