Job Summary
Provide SMART customer service at Lowe's by following policies and programs, participate in merchandising resets and stock placement per planogram instructions, collaborate with Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities and needs, analyze project execution metrics and report to store/market/c corporate leaders, engage with customers during opportunities, assist customers in locating/demonstrating/loading merchandise, manage product placement, pricing labels, and signage, ensure safety and housekeeping standards, operate power equipment as needed (lifts, order pickers), identify damaged items and coordinate returns or replacements, and support store operations including visual displays, pricing accuracy, and asset protection; demonstrate teamwork and communication with store leadership and vendors. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED. Preferred experience includes merchandising tasks, use of planograms/plantograms, and operation of power equipment.
