Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe’s focused on delivering SMART customer service and executing merchandising resets and planograms. Responsibilities include building vendor relationships, communicating priorities with Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution, engaging with customers to help locate and demonstrate merchandise, ensuring price labeling and signage accuracy, rotating stock, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The role requires operating power equipment, identifying damaged products or signage, and supporting store leadership with stage and execute merchandising tasks, price updates, and compliance with safety standards. Weekend availability preferred and the position involves collaboration with store leadership to drive add-on sales and ensure merchandising standards are met across resets and maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
