Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate handles customer service, merchandising resets, and in-store support. Responsibilities include delivering Lowe’s customer service policies, building vendor relationships, communicating project priorities and needs, analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution, engaging with customers to understand needs and guide them to merchandise, ensuring pricing and signage accuracy, performing stock moves and product displays per planograms, identifying damaged or missing signage, maintaining safe and clean store conditions, operating store equipment as needed, and supporting other duties as assigned. Requires collaboration with Merchandising Service team and store leadership, weekend availability preferred, and a high attention to safety and store standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- Preferred Qualifications: 6 Months Lowe’s sales floor experience, 6 Months of product merchandising tasks, 3 Months operating power equipment such as lifts or order pickers
