Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing Lowe’s merchandising policies, completing merchandise resets, and collaborating with the Merchandising Service team to prioritize projects. The role involves engaging customers, locating and loading merchandise, communicating project needs and timelines, maintaining pricing and signage accuracy, verifying damaged or mispriced items, and ensuring store safety and housekeeping. Responsibilities include stock rotation, building displays per planogram, operating power equipment as needed, and supporting store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for sale. Requires helping customers understand product features, warranties, and availability, while upholding store standards and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education (if applicable)
- 6 months Lowe’s sales floor experience (preferred)
- 6 months merchandising tasks (preferred)
- 3 months power equipment operation (preferred)
