Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate responsible for customer service, merchandise resets, coordinating with the Merchandising Service team, and executing in-store projects. Duties include communicating priorities and project needs, analyzing metrics, engaging with customers to understand needs, guiding customers to locate, demonstrate, and select merchandise, maintaining pricing and signage, handling stock and damaged items, ensuring safety and housekeeping, and supporting store leadership with merchandising standards and security awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
