Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's policies, seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, answers questions and guides customers to areas of the store, processes invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs (Tool Rental Department), cross-trains in other areas, helps with loss prevention and safety, maintains store cleanliness and safety, and operates store equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs; explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; assisting customers in locating products; building customer relationships; identifying and resolving customer issues; zone recovery; and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
