Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focused on delivering SMART customer service, merchandising resets, and collaboration with Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities and project needs. Responsible for stocking, displaying products, updating signage and pricing, ensuring planograms are followed, and assisting customers when opportunities arise. Engages with customers to understand needs, demonstrates products, loads merchandise, and supports store leadership in ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, as well as security awareness and loss-prevention practices. Uses power equipment for merchandising tasks, verifies buyback items, and maintains in-store materials and signage to meet merchandising standards and planogram details. Coordinates with store leadership to stage clearance, repair damaged packaging, and keep aisles clear, while contributing to overall store readiness and customer experience.
