Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate focused on delivering SMART customer service and executing Lowe’s merchandising programs. Responsibilities include completing merchandise resets per Lowe’s specifications, collaborating with the Merchandising Service team to communicate priorities and project needs, analyzing metrics and providing feedback on in-store service, and engaging with customers when opportunities arise. The role involves stocking, displaying, labeling, and ensuring pricing accuracy; maintaining planograms/plantograms, signage, and wayfinding updates; operating power equipment as needed; identifying damaged products and ensuring proper disposition; supporting loss prevention and safety standards, housekeeping, and overall store cleanliness; and partnering with store leadership to drive add-on sales and safe, efficient store operations.
