Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's delivers SMART customer service through Lowe's customer service policies, assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise, answers questions and guides customers to areas of the store, processes contracts/invoices for tool rental and repairs, cross-trains in other store areas to enhance service, monitors for shoplifting and safety risks, maintains cleanliness and safety standards, operates store equipment as needed, and provides product, feature, warranty, and program information to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- Less than 1 Year Retail experience
