Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

Seasonal merchandising service duties including delivering strong customer service while executing Lowe's policies; build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets align with Lowe's specifications; collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, schedules, and materials; analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service; engage customers when opportunities arise to understand needs and assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; ensure pricing, signage, and product placement are accurate and in compliance with merchandising standards; operate power equipment to move and display stock; identify damaged items and process returns; maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization; support pricing updates and plant/or plantogram-related displays; participate in safety checks and adherence to store policies; perform other duties as assigned.
