Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate duties include providing SMART customer service at all times, helping customers locate, demonstrate, select, carry, and load merchandise, answering questions about stock, special orders, features, warranties, and Lowe’s programs, processing invoices for tool rentals and repairs, cross-training in other store areas to improve customer service, monitoring for shoplifting and security risks, maintaining cleanliness and organization per Zone Recovery, upholding safety requirements and operating relevant store equipment, and using common retail technology and devices to assist customers.
