Job Summary
The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate is responsible for executing customer service policies and building relationships with vendors through effective communication and project management. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, assisting them with merchandise selection, performing merchandising tasks according to specifications, verifying pricing information, maintaining store cleanliness, and operating store equipment safely. The role requires basic customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate power equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with preferred experience in merchandising and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
