Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides customer service and executes Lowe’s merchandising resets per specifications. Responsibilities include building vendor relationships, communicating project priorities and schedules with Merchandising Service team and Manager, analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution, engaging customers when opportunities arise, locating and loading merchandise for customers, ensuring stock visibility, signage, pricing labels, wayfinding, planogram alignment, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities also cover operating store equipment as needed (lifts, order pickers), repairing damaged packaging, replacing signage and collateral, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for sale and maintaining overall store presentation according to merchandising standards.
