Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for delivering SMART customer service, executing merchandising resets according to Lowe’s specifications, and coordinating with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on priorities, schedules, and materials. Drives in-store service by engaging with customers, understanding needs, guiding them to merchandise, and communicating product benefits and warranties. Maintains planograms/plantograms, updates pricing labels and wayfinding signage, ensures displays are safe and functional, operates store equipment as needed, and collaborates with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale. Includes identifying damaged products, handling signage and shelf maintenance, and adhering to safety standards while supporting merchandising tasks and overall store operations.
