Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's focusing on customer service and in-store merchandising. Responsibilities include delivering SMART customer service, building vendor relationships for merchandise resets, collaborating with Merchandising Service team and management on priorities and resources, analyzing metrics and providing feedback on project execution, and engaging with customers when opportunities arise. Duties cover stock management, signage and pricing accuracy, planogram/plantogram adherence, product displays, safety housekeeping, potential use of power equipment, and collaboration with store leadership to stage clearances and damaged merchandise for sale. Required to meet high school diploma or GED; preferred candidates have hands-on merchandising and power equipment experience and a willingness to support store operations and safety programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
- 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms
- 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
