Job Summary
Seasonal Merchandiser responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, building displays, maintaining back stock, and ensuring product availability across store locations. Duties include daily restocking of coolers, displays, and shelves with labels facing outward, rotating products using FIFO, constructing promotional displays per supervisor/instructions, maintaining clean and organized back rooms, assisting with special projects and events, and attending meetings. Must be able to travel to multiple stores within assigned routes, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends/holidays. Requires 18+ years old and a valid driver’s license; base pay is hourly with a schedule from 5:30am to 2:00pm, plus overtime as needed; seasonal role from April 1st to September 15th with potential for full-time transition.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
