Seasonal Media Operations Specialist (REHIRES)

Job Summary
Test and maintain inventory of DIT and Wrangler equipment while documenting and vaulting shoot details. Communicate with Media Management, directors, cinematographers, and production managers regarding daily media deliveries and file logistics. Ingest media cards into storage devices via VTN or Media Shuttle workflows and report all footage to the Footage Flow app. Verify media delivery and account for cards before returning equipment. Recruit and staff new DITs and Wranglers for the upcoming football season while preparing OneNote and SharePoint resources. This 7-month role requires lifting 50–70lb cases, traveling 3–7 days monthly, and working nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to travel or be on call throughout the duration of various shoots
- Must be able to lift 50 – 70lb pelican cases
- Travel: Yes, approximately 3 - 7 days a month
- Must be available nights and weekends
- 7-month position
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred, with a concentration in film or television production
- Bachelor's Degree
- Applicants should have advanced computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with OffShoot or other media ingest applications
- Experience with Media Shuttle
- Strong interpersonal skills
