Job Summary
Collect and reconcile revenue accurately while furnishing receipts and completing shift reports. Stack vehicles using company standards, secure keys, and retrieve parked cars cautiously. Greet guests immediately, provide directions and local information, and protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Operate equipment including registers, gates, and POS machines to obtain daily event and rate information. Maintain guest folio archives and produce vehicle inventory for billing. Perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions while standing or sitting for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- A valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to perform parallel parking
- Must be able to read and write standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers
- Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Travel of up to 5%
