Job Summary
Establish routing for all deliveries to wholesale accounts including off-site deliveries and peak-season programs; support outbound logistics and transportation activities for wholesale and DTC/Operations teams; assist with transportation oversight, carrier routing table maintenance in PKMS, and documentation for international/export shipments; develop routing guides and provide ad hoc logistics reports and projects; ensure routing and PKMS processes are executed accurately to prevent chargebacks; build and maintain strong partnerships with logistics, DC Operations, Customer Service, and Wholesale partners.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related professional experience in outbound logistics or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with domestic outbound routing and working with 3PL carriers
- Knowledge of tracking, tracing shipment reconsignment/return and storage/redelivery
- Knowledge of outbound logistics and carrier operations
- Working knowledge of AS400 and SAP
- Ability to work in a team environment under time pressures
