Seasonal Lobby Ambassador

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience by activating all outlet services within the lobby area, including the Restaurant & Bar, Front Desk, Business Center, and Lounge. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Gather and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about property amenities and surrounding activities. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager while completing required safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and resolve guest calls by contacting appropriate departments. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested, including standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period during the shift.
