Job Summary
Seasonal Line Cook at Odell Brewing Sloan's Lake location. Rotate across stations to prep, salads, sides, and pizzas while collaborating with a kitchen team in a busy, craft-oriented environment. Shifts include lunch and dinner with weekend availability; 30-40 hours per week, Wednesday–Sunday, June through early November. Responsibilities emphasize food preparation, sanitation, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace. Must be 21+, with kitchen experience, ServSafe/food-handling certification a plus, and the ability to work a varied schedule; physical duties include standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 lbs (and moving up to 160 lbs). Benefits include beer/wine allotment, shift meals, EEO, and other company policies. Compensation ranges $21.00-$23.00/hour, with pay details aligned to Colorado pay-equity laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handlers permit or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Willing and able to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 160 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, wet, and loud environment
