Job Summary
Seasonal Line Cook at Stratton Mountain Resort responsible for producing high-quality dishes across multiple stations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must adhere to recipe standards and product specs, maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, and support kitchen operations from opening to closing. Roles include Pantry, Flat Top/Stove, Deep Fryers, and Pizza Oven with the ability to expedite for efficiency. Requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment is seasonal with both full-time and part-time opportunities, compensation $20.00-$23.00/hour based on experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- Culinary Internship, preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
- Food Allergen Safety Certification (Stratton can provide upon hire if required)
- Knowledge of Vermont Health codes
