Job Summary
Work closely with a Crew Lead to install, troubleshoot, and remove seasonal lighting systems for residential and commercial clients. Climb ladders and work on roofs while handling basic tools like drills and extension cords. Assist with job site setup, inspect and test lighting systems to ensure proper function, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Represent the company professionally with clients and team members throughout the installation process. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with some occasional overtime. Starting hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 based on experience. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and various weather conditions, possess reliable transportation, and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
- Comfortable with heights, ladders, and roof work (safety is our top priority)
- Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented: you notice if one light is out or cords are showing
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and respect for clients' property
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Must be able to successfully pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of tools or light construction is helpful but not required
