Job Summary
Seasonal Lead Park Worker oversees day-to-day park operations and maintenance in Milwaukee County Parks, including mowing, athletic field preparation, rental facility cleaning and prep, shoveling, plowing, wading pool operations, debris removal, and landscaping tasks; also handles merchandise sales, cash handling, customer service, and equipment inspection/maintenance. Requires 18+ years old, valid US driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to establish Wisconsin residency within six months. This is a seasonal hourly role with pay range $15.91–$23.87 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possession of a valid United States Driver’s License
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must establish residency in Wisconsin within six months of start date
