Job Summary
Sort, wash, dry, fold, press, and store linens, towels, and uniforms while inspecting items for damage and treating stains per manufacturer instructions. Operate washers, dryers, irons, and presses safely; collect soiled laundry and transport it to designated areas. Maintain inventory levels, keep the laundry room sanitary, and distribute clean items to guest accommodations, dining, and locker rooms. Assist the Housekeeping team with cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and restocking when needed, including turndown service and linen changes. Respond promptly to requests from members and guests, communicate equipment or supply issues, and follow proper chemical handling procedures. Work full-time shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including evenings, weekends, and holidays, from September through June.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift and carry laundry bags, linen bundles, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and maneuver loaded laundry and housekeeping carts
- Ability to work in warm, humid, and fast-paced laundry and housekeeping environments
- Ability to use cleaning chemicals and laundry products safely
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to work cross-functionally and assist outside the laundry area when needed

- Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, or private club experience
