Job Summary
Seasonal Laborer needed to provide customer-focused lawn care services and act as a customer-facing brand ambassador. Responsibilities include treating lawns, aerating and seeding, performing shop work, offering appropriate new services to customers and prospects in the field, and working largely outdoors with little direct supervision. Must have a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds. Ideal candidates have experience in lawn care and strong communication skills, with the ability to operate machinery and meet production goals. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for competitive pay and commission at Lawn Doctor locations nationwide.
