Job Summary
Seasonal Kitchen Staff responsible for preparing menu items accurately and promptly via POS, following recipes, maintaining high-quality dishes, and ensuring food safety standards. Duties include dishwashing, prep/cooking, expediting, labeling and dating foods, adhering to FIFO, keeping areas clean, restocking dry goods, communicating with supervisors, and working in a high-volume kitchen environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Prior kitchen experience preferred (1 year) with ServSafe training preferred or provided by Cinépolis. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus. Base pay $15.50-$19.50 per hour with opportunities for growth.
