Job Summary
Seasonal Kitchen Assistant supports chefs in class operations and guest experiences, assisting with mise en place, prep, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness; engages with guests, delivers customer-focused service, and helps drive store revenue through class enrollment and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, cash-less and POS tasks, and adherence to wage-hour laws, with a flexible, part-time schedule (12-16 hours/week) including nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications emphasize age requirement and Food Handlers Certification; preferred experience in retail sales and food prep/kitchen operations; proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems is a plus.
