Job Summary
Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations. Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments while completing service reports for work performed and products used. Provide excellent customer service, answer homeowner questions, and educate clients on prevention solutions. Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally. This role includes no on-call shifts and offers competitive pay with commission on new business and performance bonuses. You will operate a company vehicle with gas coverage and work outdoors in tight routes with short drive times.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
- Valid Class G or G2 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
- Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade
