Job Summary
Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations. Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments while completing service reports for work performed and products used. Provide excellent customer service, answer customer questions, and educate homeowners on solutions to prevent future pest issues. Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally. This seasonal role runs full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities and no on-call shifts. You will receive a company vehicle and gas card, plus commission on new business and performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
- Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
- Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade
- Must complete their licensing exam and required training prior to starting
